1. Since we are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping, please choose a carrier that insures and traces your package.  
2. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded. Any item that was purchased using FREE SHIPPING will incur a 15% restocking fee.
3. All returns received after 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee.
4. Return processing can take 7 days to complete. You will be notified of your return and refund via email.
