 NO ADJUSTABLE SHOULDER STRAP!!!May 20, 2010
The main reason I ordered these lunch bags for my school-age children was the adjustable shoulder straps, as indicated in the 'product features' section. Absolutely untrue. No shoulder strap, just a short carry handle. Totally useless for my needs. I'm sure this bag would have been fine had it actually had the features it claims in product description.
EDITED TO ADD: raised the rating to 3 stars, not because of the product, but because of the companies prompt customer service. After emailing the seller with and inquiry about returning the item, Shop123go was very prompt in their response and offered to send me a different lunch bag, with an adjustable strap, at no charge. So, the seller was 5 star, but the product, to me, is somewhat useless without a longer shoulder strap.

This insulated lunch cooler bag has plenty of room for a container of salad, an apple, a hardboiled egg, condiments and two ice packs. What more could you ask for?

I thought it was a little small, but my friends
loved it, so I had to order 4 more. It suits
their purpose fine to carry lunch from the car to
the work fridge. The diverse colors make it
easy to distinguish from multiple other lunch bags
in the work fridge. The price is fair. Shipping
wise it pays to order a bunch versus only one
(I found that out the hard way by ordering one
and paying almost double the value for shipping).

This lunch bag is very useful for me, especially for school and work. It has two small compartments for miscellaneous items. For example, I usually use the front compartment to put my spoon for my yogurt and a napkin after my meal. The side compartment I put my hand sanitizer, and occasionally, my cell phone and my bus fare. For the price I was paying for, I think this lunch bag is fairly affordable and it has cool colors too!

Definitely great product. Good size and quality. I bought 8 for a number of my employees and they've been a great addition to the company.
