At first it does look very flimsy but it hold a lot of heavy stuff and does not tear or have I had any problem whatsoever. As a matter of fact, the way that it is designed makes it very easy to carry all your belongings in a very organized fashion.

I Purchased a few different styles of these tote bags. They are all pretty thin nylon material, but they seem to be very sturdy. Have had no problems with them in the last month. It is nice that they are so thin as I can fold them up and stick them into the bag I am using and that way I always have an extra one (or a bigger/smaller one) without taking up hardly any space at all. (I think my lipstick weighs more). Colors are as described. They are great to put one in your purse (just in case), baby bag, walks, etc. I use mine for work (nursing). I use a smaller one for my lunch, larger one for my books, accessories, etc. At tne end of the day, my lunch one folds up to the size of a small ziploc bag (and not much thicker) and goes into a pocket of my bigger one. I have been doing this for a month with absolutely no signs of any problems. I even bought two of the neck pouches to keep my ID, credit card, keys in while working - they are perfect as well. string was a little "scratchy" at first - but one run through the washer and that is all better.

i was looking for an inexpensive tote/shoulder bag. found this one, the price was right, so i crossed my fingers and ordered it. when it arrived my fears were realized: it was a very small, very flat package and i thought this is going to be useless. i opened it up, unfolded it,and it seemed to be very thin and flimsy. then i put stuff in it and SURPRISE! it stands up, its sturdy while being flexible and light, the strap is adjustable and is perfect as a shoulder bag and adjustable to across the body. its everything i could have asked and more. i love this bag and will be ordering more!

This is narrower than the usual tote, and just a good size for the peanuts and snax i like to bring to the ball game.

This Tote is excellently priced and most of all it stands up on its own, as well as when it is filled. The adjustable strap is great feature, all totes should have this.
