The product is slightly rectangular in shape, with the carrying strap aattached to the longer sides. It is not completely insulated; the top cover is poorly insulated. Food does not maintain either heat or cold stored in this product. This product has no support in its sides and collapses when the top is not zipped closed. The carrying strap is short for the size and shape of this product, causing it to lay awkwardly when the strap is placed on the shoulder. The shoulder pad is large, so there isn't much room to move it aside when using the strap to carry the product. However, the product is large enough to hold large and small containers, as well as personal items (glasses cases, cell phone, keys), water bottles, an insulated mug and the like; and the front pockets are large enough to hold personal items (wallet, memo pad, pedometer, calendar and the like) and/or tableware. As I am more concerned with the ability of the product to hold food containers and personal items than with insulation, I would buy this product again.

This lunch box is what I expected PLUS MORE. It is a bit larger than the usual lunch bag or box. It can hold your soft drinks in an upright position and there is room for several, plus your lunch. If you want a lunch box for two, this one is perfect. It has enough compartments to store your utencils, napkins and even a placemat.
Even though this bag is larger than most, it is nice to have the extra room for those sometimes larger containers.
I got this bag for my Husbands lunches and it works out great. I can even include a midday snack without 'smashing' other parts of the meal.
Delivery time was perfect and the product is first class.

I am very happy with how much this holds without being too bulky itself. Well made item and I get daily use out of it. It appears that this item will hold up well over time.

I needed a lunch bag to take to work. I knew it said large however it was gigantic. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but when I go on a picnic I'll be using it then I guess. Quality is average, not too flemsy but not the best either. Hope this helps.

I originally purchased the bag to use as a lunch bag because the one I had was too small to fit my metal water bottle. Well, when it came in it was way bigger than I had imagined, but it didn't take me long to figure out how to use it. I can and do put my lunch, water bottle, and work papers in it and us it for everything. It keeps my lunch cold, and by putting my papers and such on top, if anything leaks everything is okay. The other things I have used, in the past, has ruined numerous papers when they leaked, but I don't have to worry about that happening with this bag, and if I have to leave it in the car everything that could spoil is kept safe inside. it works better than I had imagined.
