Good messenger bag for the price. Velcro holds nicely and I can pack quite a bit in this bag. The net compartment on the side is just big enough for a Camelbak sports water bottle.

I have not used this bag and don't plan on using it. The bag is very poor quality and so thin. It is so thin that I can't imagine it holding books or anything that weighs a decent amount. You have to contact the company by e-mail to return it, but they have yet to contact me. Don't buy this bag there is a reason that it is so reasonably priced.

I wasn't expecting much given the price but what they call a messenger tote was little more than a sack with a strap. The velcro tabs line up to leave a gaped closure of the bag. If the bag tip to the side everything falls out. I certainly would not recommend this product to anybody. I will be buying a decent messenger bag somewhere else. I guess I will use this one to carry light groceries when I go shopping.

Well, you get what you paid for right? Really can't expect much from a $8 bag. Don't let the name of the product fool you. This bag is NOT made out of canvas. |: I mean.. it's colored LIKE canvas, but the material is extremely thin, cheap, and awkward looking. If you're looking for some kind of cheap costume messenger bag in an elementary school play, this bag is definitely for you. If you're looking to carry school supplies, notebooks and possibly textbooks... You'll probably have to pay much more than $8 for a quality messenger bag.

the messenger tote I ordered was delivered quickly and was just what my granddaughter wanted. The right color, size, and makeup of the tote were "jusr right"
